Prices quoted are per condo, in US dollars, reservations are confirmed after a one night plus tax prepayment has been charged. Be sure the address of the reservation is the same as the credit card being used for the reservation.  A wrong address will cancel the reservation.

Prices may change on this website without notice, Certain blackout dates, day of arrival and length of stay restrictions may apply, and may vary by arrival date. Rates do not include taxes  unless otherwise noted.

Specials are not applicable to groups, nor combinable with other special offers or promotions.

You must be 21 to place a reservation  and a major credit card and drivers license is required at check in, for damage deposit.

Prepayment: A prepayment of one night plus tax will be charged the day of your reservation to confirm the reservation. This is to guarantee your reservation. Prepayment is non refundable within 14 days of your arrival date.

Reservation Occupancy Restrictions: All adults and children are counted as guests in the  reservation. Should you exceed the number of guests stated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file $50.00 per night per person for exceeding the number of guests you have stated on your reservation, or you could be asked to leave the property and forfeit all payments made at check in regardless of the occupancy capacity of the condo.  Pool passes are issued to the number of guests stated on the reservation. For your safety and local fire codes we need a total head count on each reservation.

Early Departure: If you depart early there will be no refunds, or credit, once checked in you are monetarily responsible for the nights you have reserved.

Cancellation Policy: We do require 14 days notice. You may make cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date by 5:00 P.M. Call 417-334-4013. If you fail to cancel by phone within 14 days of your arrival date the Prepayment will be forfeited, and will not be refunded.

Change  Policy: We do require 14 days notice. You may make changes to your reservation 14 days before arrival date with a $25.00 charge. Call 417-334-4013

No Pets are allowed if a pet or pet hair is found there will be a $250.00 charge or forfeiture of all payments and you could be asked to leave the property

No Smoking in the condo. Smoking in a unit will result in a charge to deodorize and clean the carpet and furniture in addition to a $250.00 fine. There is a balcony or patio in each condo.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 P.M. at the rental office. After 5:15 P.M. the remaining balance on your reservation will be charged to the credit card on file, and the keys will be taken to Holiday Hills Resort to the Security house. Check in with security at the 3rd entrance to Holiday Hills Resort & Golf Club on East Rockford Drive. Check out is by 10:00 A.M. on departure date.

After check out: Should the condo be found excessively dirty there will be a $65.00 charge for cleaning, and delaying the next check in. There is a check out procedure in a notebook in each condo.

Security of Personal Property. Condos In The Ozarks is not responsible for any acts of vandalism or theft, or other damages to personal property or for personal items left by a guest in the condo after check out.
